Prior to launching her coaching career, Liz built her relationship and leadership skills as a successful Mortgage Loan Officer for 14 years. A member of the International Coach Federation, Liz earned her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credentials from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a graduate of their international Co-Active Leadership Program. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland.

Liz is the mother of two daughters, Lydia and Carly. Liz loves to spend time with her horse, Simon, and is exploring opportunities to bring people together with horses for equine assisted coaching and learning.
